Salt & Sand Travel Co. is a husband-and-wife team based in Southwest Florida. We help homeowners care for and market beautiful vacation rentals, while helping travelers plan meaningful trips near and far.

Jennifer brings years of e-commerce brand-management experience and a love for the details that make a home stand out—from listing strategy and pricing to guest experience, design direction, marketing, and travel planning. She understands how to position a home well online while creating stays guests genuinely remember.

Zach has spent his life owning and operating a lawn-care and handyman businesses. His hands-on experience, practical problem-solving, and attention to property upkeep help ensure each home is cared for with consistency—not just when something goes wrong.

Together, we combine thoughtful hospitality, strong marketing, and reliable local property care. Our goal is simple: give homeowners more confidence in their investment and give guests a stay that feels easy, welcoming, and well cared for.
